For The Individual and the Collective

Restorative experiences designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, your wisdom, and yourself.

In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, hold more, and disconnect from our own needs, rest can feel unfamiliar. Even unsafe.

So many of us have learned to live in survival mode — carrying stress, pressure, grief, overwhelm, and responsibility in our bodies while continuing to push forward anyway.

This work is an invitation into something different.

A slower pace.

A deeper breath.

A return to yourself.

Working With Delia offers restorative experiences for individuals and communities seeking spaces for reflection, nervous system care, healing, connection, and rest. These experiences are designed to help you reconnect with the wisdom your body has always carried and remember what it feels like to move through the world with greater presence, softness, clarity, and belonging.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It is a homecoming.

I offer

Community Rest Gatherings

Healing Happens in Community

Community gatherings are restorative spaces designed for groups seeking intentional connection, reflection, healing, and collective care. These gatherings may be hosted for friend groups, affinity spaces, community organizations, healing circles, retreats, or intentional celebrations.

Experiences may include:

  • Restorative movement

  • Yoga Nidra

  • Community reflection and dialogue

  • Nervous system education

  • Journaling and intention practices

  • Grounding rituals and collective care practices

  • Tailored Themes

These spaces are designed to help people slow down together, reconnect to themselves and one another, and experience rest not as isolation, but as something communal and deeply human.

My Approach

Your Body Already Knows

I approach this work gently.

Not because softness is weakness, but because so many of us have spent years surviving environments that asked us to disconnect from ourselves in order to keep going.

My work is grounded in restorative practice, nervous system awareness, embodied reflection, and community care. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with themselves without judgment or performance.

You do not need to earn your rest.

You do not need to become more productive to deserve care.

Your body already carries wisdom.

Sometimes we simply need spaces quiet enough to hear it again.

WHAT PEOPLE OFTEN LEAVE WITH

People often leave these experiences feeling:

  • more grounded and present

  • emotionally lighter

  • deeply rested

  • more connected to themselves

  • clearer in their boundaries and needs

  • reconnected to joy, softness, and purpose

  • more capable of moving through life with intention and care

in studio spaces

in homes or community settings

virtually when appropriate

A Homecoming

My hope is that when you leave a Working With Delia experience, you feel more connected to yourself.

More aware of your breath.
More present in your body.
More capable of noticing beauty, softness, and joy again.

Rest is not a reward for exhaustion.

It is part of what makes life possible.

You deserve spaces that hold you, too.
